This practice has been created in response to a simple observation:
modern life is not designed to support long-term health.

Across our environments, our habits, and our relationships, there are increasing pressures that disrupt the body’s natural balance.

If you want to remain well, clear, and energised in the years ahead, health cannot be passive. It requires active participation.

This work asks something of you:
Attention, discipline, and a willingness to take responsibility for your own life.

It is not always easy, it’s necessary for self healing.

The Foundations

Your body is your primary receptor.

It is how you experience life and it requires care, attention, and understanding.

The work focuses on three interconnected areas:

Minerals
Supporting the body’s internal chemistry, energy production, and nutritional balance, particularly in relation to bone, blood, and cellular function.

Muscles
Working with posture, structure, and movement, we work with the muscle, not the bone, to restore function, release tension and improve flow.

Memories
Exploring lived experience and the imprint of emotion, stress and trauma on the body. What you have lived through and carried continues to shape your physical and emotional state.

Meet Michael

I am Dr Michael Parkes,

I’ve spent my life learning to heal through direct experience, academic education and specialised training.

My own health challenges, including chronic pain, spinal misalignment, mineral imbalances, environmental exposure and complex critical events of life stressors became the foundation of this work.

They led me to explore, in depth:

  • The relationship between spine, structure, and movement

  • The role of minerals and nutrition in energy production

  • The impact of psychological and somatic memory

  • The connection between physical health, voice, and personal alignment

Over time, this has led me to develop my own protocol for healing ‘Minerals - Muscles - Memories’.

These labels are often not examined, nor tested.
They are interpretations of symptoms that are showing up physically or mentally.

How We Work Together

Understand

We explore your symptoms, history and health challenges through a process of deep inquiry into your life.

Collaborative Action

You’re the process focus. We decide the immediate actions to start, via hair mineral analysis, blood analysis, habit changes or referrals as needed.

Design

We regroup after collaborative actions have been taken to analysis the baseline data, design a daily plan to address mineral dysregulation and muscle development.

Practice your Plan

You learn to master your practice building new memories or habits as you begin supplementing minerals, change your consumption and movement patterns everyday.
