Supervision for coaches, mentors & consultants
A reflective space to think clearly about your work, the relationships within it, and yourself.
What supervision is
Rebekah O'Rourke is an EMCC-accredited supervisor. Supervision with her is time to slow down and think, to process feelings and examine the impact of work: what is happening in the room, in the relationship, and in yourself. It offers both support and development, holding the learning that the pace of practice so often rushes past, and helping you stay clear and steady in the moments that ask the most of you.
Who is it for?
It is for external coaches, internal coaching practices, and those working in team coaching or advisory roles: anyone who needs a steady space to reflect on their part in the work, the interventions they make, and the impact those carry. It treats ethics, boundaries and reflexivity as part of what keeps an organisation healthy, not a formality.
Aligned with the EMCC global supervision competencies.
