Reflective supervision for coaches, mentors and practitioners working with individuals, groups and organisations, especially where the work carries emotional, relational or systemic complexity
As an EMCC-accredited supervisor, Rebekah offers experienced practitioners a place to slow down, think and explore their lived experience. Supervision work with: what is happening in the room, in the relationship, and in oneself. It is both supportive and developmental, holding the learning that busy practice tends to rush past, and helping practitioners stay steady when the work asks the most of them.
It is for external coaches, internal coaching practices, and those working in team coaching or advisory roles: anyone who needs a steady space to reflect on their part in the work, the interventions they make, and the impact those carry. It treats ethics, boundaries and reflexivity as part of what keeps practitioners and organisations healthy.
