We are

At the centre of the studio’s work is an interest in the dynamics that sit beneath organisational life. The beliefs, relationships, cultures, and implicit patterns that shape how work is taken up, particularly in moments of pressure, uncertainty, or transition. We are equally concerned with the contemporary conditions of work, including the ways technological systems influence attention, pace, collaboration, and the experience of meaning in organisations.

O’Rourke Studios is held by practitioners whose work has been shaped across many organisational settings, sectors, and countries. This breadth of experience brings both depth and perspective to engagements, allowing the work to be held with rigour, practicality, and sensitivity to context.

Dr Rebekah O’Rourke

Director

Rebekah O'Rourke is a social psychologist and executive advisor who has both led large-scale transformation and studied, at doctoral level, why it succeeds or fails. Over 25 years she has advised boards and chief executives across global organisations — from the International Psychoanalytical Association to ASML and the NHS — founded and led a transformation consultancy, and held senior roles at Telstra and World Vision International.

She holds a PhD in social psychology examining identity, behaviour and performance in groups, sits on the research advisory board of Roffey Park Institute, and is an EMCC-accredited supervisor with deep roots in Group Relations practice. She is the creator of Saga, the team-intelligence platform that makes team effectiveness measurable.

At O'Rourke Studios she convenes a multidisciplinary practice engaging organisational life, technological change, and the evolving experience of work.
