We are

A systemically trained practice team with a shared way of working. We work in an interdisciplinary way, bringing together psychology, science, leadership, coaching, and embodied practice into coherence. Between us we hold doctoral depth and many years working in or alongside leaders, teams, and whole organisations. Our common grounding is in systems-psychodynamics: the study of how people take up their roles, and how the forces in a system, seen and unseen, shape what they do. We attend to the connection between body and mind, and how that influences us all. We have spent much of our working lives across cultures and with difference, and we continue to learn about, and work with, our experience of connectedness. And we share one conviction: that what a group most needs is usually already present between its people, waiting to be seen and developed.

Rebekah O'Rourke, PhD

Director

Rebekah specialises in group and team dynamics and whole-of-organisation transformation. A social psychologist by training and an EMCC-accredited supervisor, she integrates psychology, science, systemic constellations and systems-psychodynamics with embodied practice, drawing them into a coherent whole that helps leaders and teams see and shift the patterns shaping how they perform. She is the creator of Synastria, the studio's collective-intelligence platform, and brings the analytic rigour and steady presence that hold complex change together.
