It turns team effectiveness from a gut feeling into something you can see, track and improve over time.
How is Synastria different from personality tests like MBTI, DiSC or StrengthsFinder?
Personality tests assess individuals, one person at a time, from self-report questionnaires. Synastria measures the team as a whole, from how it actually works together rather than what people say about themselves, across 36 measures of real behaviour mapped to the six intelligences. A team's performance lives in the whole, not the sum of its parts, and that is what Synastria makes visible.
How do you keep our data secure and confidential?
Your data belongs to you, and we treat it that way. It is used solely to produce your team's Synastria dashboard, never shared with other clients, sold to third parties, or used to train AI models. Data is encrypted and stored securely, retained only as long as your programme requires, and deleted on request. Synastria is collective by default, and no individual is ever included without their knowledge and consent. O'Rourke Studios Ltd operates under UK GDPR, and a Data Processing Agreement is provided with every engagement.

Who is Dr Rebekah O'Rourke?
Dr Rebekah O'Rourke is a social psychologist and organisational consultant who has spent 25 years studying the forces that decide whether teams thrive. She is the founder of O'Rourke Studios and Synastria, and an EMCC-accredited supervisor working with leaders, teams and practitioners internationally.
