In the Room
A single day in which I come into your world, sit alongside you and your team in your real work, and work live with what is actually happening. I talk with people, observe how the work unfolds, and offer back what I notice, so you see more clearly what is really going on, and where to put your attention.
With a leader
I work alongside you through a real day, your meetings, decisions and conversations, and reflect with you on what I see in how you lead and where your attention could go.
With a team
I sit with your team in its real meetings and working conversations, and work with what emerges in the room: the patterns, the dynamics, what helps and what quietly gets in the way.
How the day works
A short framing conversation at the start, to understand what matters most to you right now.
Time in the room with you or the team in real work, observing and, where it helps, working live with what emerges.
A reflective close, what I noticed, a few things worth your attention, and a considered view of where to focus next.
You come away not with a report or a scorecard, but with a clearer, honest sense of what is really happening in how you or your team work, and a grounded view of where to focus. It is about understanding, never judgement.
Observation happens only with consent and is held in strict confidence. The day is a natural first step, and often opens into deeper advisory work or supervision.
