A UK NHS clinical education department, working across five teams and four sites, set out to break down silos and strengthen collaboration between professions. Over two years, a collective-leadership approach, grounded in Action Learning and systems-psychodynamic practice, moved the department from a sense of scarcity and isolation towards shared responsibility, trust and cross-speciality teamwork, improving collaboration and staff well-being.
