The O’Rourke Studios podcast offers space for reflection and dialogue emerging from our work with clients.

Following Creating Our Futures Now (September 2025), a series of conversations has been recorded with some of the participants who took part in the event. These dialogues revisit the experience of working in real time with group dynamics, leadership, and social change, and offer thoughtful reflections on what was learned, challenged, and carried forward.

The podcast is not a summary of the programme, but an extension of it . These conversations were an opportunity to continue inquiry, deepen understanding, and reflect on how we continue to learn from our experience.
