Public Programmes
O’Rourke Studios convenes public programmes as experiential spaces for shared inquiry into the dynamics of work, leadership, and organisational life. These events bring people together to engage learning in real time through relational, embodied, and systems-based approaches.
Since 2006, we have been designing and leading programmes that invite participants to work at depth with complexity, collaboration, belief, and the often unspoken forces that shape group life.
Public programmes are held separately from consulting engagements and offer opportunities for reflection, challenge, and renewal in contemporary organisational conditions. Programmes are offered periodically and places are limited to support depth of engagement.

Our Experience of Connectedness
20-21 April 2026
Melbourne, Australia
A two-day experiential programme convened by Rebekah O’Rourke for those who wish to work at depth with questions of belonging, role, and participation in organisational and social life.
The event invites inquiry into the cultural, historical, relational, and systemic influences that shape what it means to take up roles and belong within the Australian context. Grounded in an established experiential approach to real-time learning, dialogue, and embodied engagement, participants are supported to explore the dynamics of connectedness, identity, and group life as they are lived and felt, personally and collectively.
