We work with organisations, leaders, and public bodies navigating complexity at the intersection of human systems and technological change.
The practice focuses on consultation, supervision and systemic interventions, creating reflective spaces where individuals and groups can attend to what is happening in the system, psychologically, technologically, and organisationally. The work draws on systems psychodynamics, psychology, and embodied ways of learning, and is particularly attentive to how technological systems are fit for purpose now. including shape pace, attention, power, and experience at work.
Work with us
Engagement with ORS is not about offering ready-made solutions or transformation frameworks. Instead, we support leaders and teams to develop greater collective awareness, make sense of complexity as it unfolds, and take responsibility for the choices they are making, especially in conditions of uncertainty, pressure, and technologies impact on attention, power, and experience at work.
O’Rourke Studios convenes a small number of public events for leaders, founders, practitioners, and innovators working in complex social and technological environments. Intentionally distinct from consulting and supervision engagements, events are held as spaces for shared learning through rather than organisational intervention.
These programmes create reflective spaces to expand how participants think, test new approaches, engage across difference, and surface untapped potential in themselves and their work. Participants bring their own questions and practices, receive thoughtful feedback, and collaborate to shape concrete next steps.
