The Studios
O’Rourke Studios is a multidisciplinary practice convening spaces for inquiry into the dynamics of work, group life, and contemporary organisational experience. The studio brings together psychological, systemic, embodied, and technological perspectives to engage complexity in ways that are thoughtful, challenging, and generative. We are particularly orientated toward the intersection of humans and technology in our emerging digital and social worlds.
Alongside organisational consulting engagements, O’Rourke Studios hosts public programmes. These are experiential events held over time that invite participants into deeper exploration of leadership, collaboration, beliefs, and the often unspoken forces shaping organisational life.
The studio designs approaches for organisations navigating hybrid teams and virtual workplaces. This includes coherence across the technology and social processes. Our diagnostic tool, Ally Advisor is used to initially identify opportunities for improved team intelligence in applying technology.
